For teams interested in understanding how individual personalities impact the team’s dynamics and environment, we offer a comprehensive and certified Hogan Assessments workshop. Each individual leader will take the Hogan Assessment before the workshop, receive a comprehensive personality assessment report, and a detailed 1:1 debrief to interpret the report’s findings with our founding coach. During the workshop, the team will discover flavors of each other’s personality and learn about the ways they show up in their day-to-day operating environment.
